We're backed by seasoned leaders - our COO brings 15+ years of executive marketing experience from global F&B giants (Coca-Cola, KFC), while our founder is a serial entrepreneur with multiple successful ventures across Southeast Asia.


Behind Botsi lies an ambitious vision - we're developing a premium hospitality concept that will redefine the intersection of F&B and retail in Singapore (more details shared during interview).


Role Overview:

• Initial Phase (Current Pop-up): 15-20 hours/week (Fri-Sun, 5-10pm)
• Growth Phase (1-3 month): Flexible hours based on project needs
Future (after 3 month): Full-time management position

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute our signature menu items
• Support operational workflow optimization
• Assist in retail merchandise management
• Document processes and procedures
• Contribute to menu and product development
Support venue setup and team training

Requirements:

• F&B or retail experience preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable in dynamic startup environment
Available during pop-up hours

Phases of Employment
Phase 1: Pop-up Operations (Current)
Hours: 15-20 hours/week

• Thursday-Sunday, 5-10pm
• Additional hours for training/planning as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

• Menu execution
• Service flow management
• Inventory control
• Basic financial reporting
Customer experience optimization

Phase 2: Pre-Launch Development
Hours: 20-30 hours/week (flexible)

• Project-based work
• Planning and development meetings
• Training sessions

Additional Responsibilities:

• SOP development
• Team training materials
• Venue setup coordination
Product development support

Phase 3: Full Launch
Hours: Full-time

• Management position
• Operational oversight
Team leadership

Compensation Structure
Phase 1:

• Base: SGD 25-30/hour
• Performance Bonus: Up to SGD 500/month
• Total Monthly (20hrs/week): SGD 2,000-2,400 + bonus

Phase 2:

• Base: SGD 3,500-4,000/month
• Project Completion Bonuses
• Training Allowance

Phase 3:

• Base: SGD 5,000-6,000/month
• Performance Bonus Structure
