Wild Tech is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing our clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft’s Fn O, Azure, Microsoft’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions that meet client requirements using best-of-breed technologies and methodologies.
• Translate business requirements into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and statements of work (SOW).
• Provide advice and create high-level and detailed designs during project delivery engagements.
• Ensure quality oversight at various stages of the project lifecycle.
• Create solution proposals and cost models for projects, including software, support/maintenance, and services.
• Produce responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Act as the design authority and technical escalation point for projects.
• Collaborate with the project delivery team to develop customer account plans and roadmaps.
• Manage projects through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• The right to work in Malaysia or Singapore
• At least 8+ years of ERP consulting experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or earlier versions of Dynamics AX.
• Working knowledge of the D365 platform, including D365 CE, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, and Power BI.
• Experience in consulting for manufacturing organizations.
• Experience delivering at least 3 international end-to-end D365 projects.
• Strong pre-sales experience and the ability to build relationships with partners.
• Excellent presentation, demonstration, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• An affinity for technology and strong analytical skills.
• A customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

Specific Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.
• Certification in TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) or similar architecture frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, SSRS, and other reporting tools.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops and other CI/CD tools.
