What you’ll do:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles
Create compelling content for B2B audience across various channels (e.g, Monthly EDMs, Linked In Posts etc.)
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
Manage B2B and B2C marketing campaigns from conception to execution
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and industry influencers
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in B2B and B2C marketing
Manage a marketing team

What you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
8 years prior experience in B2B and B2C marketing roles
Experience across EMEA and APAC regions
Experience in team management
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software such as Hubspot
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative thinking with a problem-solving attitude
Fluent English
