Key Responsibilities
- Manage Shopee and Lazada online store listings, including updating product information, images, and prices.
- Process customer orders promptly and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment with attention to quality and accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking when needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in e-commerce or logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Language: Chinese and English
