Finance Operations Associate

Are you passionate about investment management and joining a fast growing company with offices in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, and Palo Alto? This company invests in various global assets across both first and secondary markets and is now looking for an Operations Associate with 1-2 years of working experience and also 0-1 relevant internship experience professional can be considered.
You will be part of the Asset Operations Team and help to ensure that all the company's assets and transactions are secure for investment activities including investment management, compliance, tax, and regulatory matters.
THE ROLE
The Operations Associate's primary goal is to help Asset Operations team facilitate asset management and offer support in investment management, compliance, tax, and regulatory matters. To accomplish this goal, the position requires to demonstrate problem-solving skills. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT is to be fluent in Chinese language.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle both internal and external communication. Liaise with funds, banks, securities firms, and other entities worldwide, to complete asset management compliance support.
Assist in the operation and management of overseas companies, including assisting in the audit of overseas company accounts and tax reporting matters.
Monitor post-investment requirements for projects across all asset classes invested globally and offer support in handling compliance and operational matters.
Manage internal records and information within the company in a confidential and secure manner.
This includes creating, organizing, and maintaining files and databases.
Other operational duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

0-2 vears' of professional experience.
To liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts in China, Proficiency in English, and a working level of Chinese (Mandarin) are required.
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred + only top universities in China, Singapore, or universities from Europe, USA, Australia are considered.
Interested in and experience with wealth management in the Family Office and/or funds industry is a plus.
Sophisticated and tactful, with strong communication skills.
Meticulous individual who has good time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic work environment.
Preferred applicant with Singapore Citizenship.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
