Role Description :


This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Executive located in Singapore at Locker & Lock®. The Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

1. Finance Operations

• Process invoices, payments and receipts

• Managing accounts receivable and payable

• Maintain accurate financial records and reconciling bank statements

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Prepare expense reports and revenue tracking summaries
  

2. Financial Planning & Analysis

• Assist the Finance Director in developing financial strategies and forecasting

• Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionably insights to senior management
  

3. Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure proper documentation is maintained for audits and compliance checks • Ensure timely submission of regulatory filings and reports


Qualifications
• Financial analysis, budget management, and financial reporting skills

• Experience in financial planning and analysis (Minimum 2 years)

• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
