• Position Title: Executive (Group Finance) / Finance Executive
• Working Location: Jurong East
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.15 AM – 5 PM / 9.15 AM – 6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + AWS + Bonus + Flexible Benefits + Transport Allowance
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and submit regional budgets and forecasts, working closely with various departments.
• Monthly analysis and reporting of sales, costs, and capital efficiency, including inventory and fixed asset levels.
• Identify variances and issues, report findings to supervisors, and drive remedial actions.
• Perform periodic reporting to the Japan headquarters.
• Oversee financial operations for Singapore and other Southeast Asian subsidiaries controlled by the holding company.
• Use DCF methodology for investment valuation and manage cash flow operations.
• Align transfer pricing arrangements.
• Act as a mentor and leader to the finance team, ensuring skill development and team motivation.
• Handle external communications with auditors, banks, etc.
• Lead process improvement within the finance department to streamline operations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 3-5 years of financial management or accounting experience.
• Fluency in Japanese for communication with Japan HQ.
