Event Registration Manager

Overview
The Registrations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our registration processes for events and services. This position will be helping support the registration process after it has launched for a client in Singapore.
Responsibilities

Add invite adds and send invitations
Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure all needs are met.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to registrations or event details.

Experience

Experience with STOVA or Cvent
Strong background in customer service with an emphasis on creating positive guest experiences.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
