PURPOSE

Responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective day to day operations for the advisory channel, including alignment of all regulatory requirements and framework.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

Oversee the end to end process of the advisory channel
ensure all regulatory requirements are being met with proper documentation in place
Liaise with internal stakeholders for full adherence of all requirements, documents and processes
Ensure timely submission of any regulatory and management reporting
Collaborate with internal departments for implementation and maintenance of technology solutions driving towards high efficiency and accuracy
Constantly consider automation initiatives for streamlining of processes
Maintain a strong data governance structure to ensure proper documentation, auditing and compliance with data protection laws (PDPA)
Conduct regular review on processes to mitigate operational risk

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in business finance, operations management or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in operations management within the financial services

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITY

Strong knowledge of Singapore’s regulatory environment, particularly MAS regulations
Strong interpersonal communications and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to develop operational strategies and improve processes
Experience leading operational teams in a dynamic and fast – paced environment
