Job Scope

• Manage reputable clients accounts
• Demonstrate strong phone handling skills by actively listening and responding to clients with emotional intelligence.
• Swift handling of customer inquiries.
• Update details of customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in the database and action taken for verification and training purposes.
• Prompt follow-ups on customer interactions via email.
• Keeping Proof of Delivery (POD) records of customers and proper filing of documents.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma/BA degree. Preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and preferably Mandarin as well.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc)
• Experience working in a customer service focused environment
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Your unique personality! A great sense of humor is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
