- Account Oversight: Manage and ensure the successful performance of key accounts.
- Operations Leadership: Oversee and coordinate the operations for handling export and import orders, acting as the main contact for existing customers to increase business opportunities.
- Process Optimization: Regularly review and audit procedures to improve efficiency, using in-house system or simplifying processes to address potential risks.
- Compliance Oversight: Establish and maintain best practices to reduce risks related to shipment compliance.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations.
- Budget and Resource Management: Supervise the budget for the department, making sure resources like facilities, systems, staff, and data are used effectively.
- Educational Qualification: Diploma
- Communication: Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
- Able to commit for overtime when needed
