Job Responsibilities:

• Order Processing : Handle and document order processing tasks while following company policies and client requirements.
• System Transactions : Use the warehouse management system (WMS) to manage stock transfers, cargo receipts, and ensure schedules are on track.
• Problem Solving : Identify and address issues like missing or incorrect documentation, escalating them when needed.
• Customer Support : Prepare reports and updates for customers and the team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Billing and Coordination : Manage billing tasks and work with teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Operate tools like WMS, SAP, and other software to keep operations running smoothly.
• Able to work in face past environment
• Willing to learn with good communication
