Job Description

• Formulate and direct the implementation of marketing and sales strategies and activities aligning with global team
• Grow, identify and develop new business in various industries: cosmetics, flavour & fragrance, lubricants, adhesives and etc
• Promote Oleris® portfolio in existing and new applications in South East Asia.
• Promote marketing actions to support sales development in South East Asia including distributors selection.
• To understand and explore key market opportunities, local competitors, and provide relevant market information
• Manage, motivate and lead the Oleris Asia team
• Operational management of glycerin sales out of Singapore – including direct customers and agent (HBI)
• Management of Esterol© NBD plan in Asia
• Project Management in Singapore for bulk export
• Liaise with Product Support : commercial specifications, certifications (Halal, Kosher), customer claims management etc
• Visit key customers with sales & BD team to consolidate the business relationship & marketing intelligence
