• To ensure growth targets on APE and headcount within the appointed cluster are met.
• Conduct strategic planning and business needs analysis with the leaders and wealth planners of the appointed cluster to align financial objectives.
• Actively engage team leaders in their recruitment activities to facilitate growth.
• Where appropriate, takes a lead role with stakeholders at a working level to discuss sales management approaches for target clients.

• From time to time, will be assigned the lead role in the development of sales ideas for the Partnership Distribution team, including the training of the team.
• Where necessary, the role holder shall engage and collaborate with other internal Singlife's departments to up the level of operational service standards and for the delivery of business plans.
• Create and maintain a risk management environment that ensures risks taken by the function are identified, assessed and frequently monitored, managed and reported against

• More than 5 years of relevant experience in the Financial or Insurance Industry
• Experience in sales force / sales agency management or business account management
• Good inter-personal and effective communication skills both written and verbal, building strong relationships at all levels
• Detail focused, highly analytical orientation
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically with problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently with good time management skills
• Highly motivated and well-organized
• Good standard of professional presentation and group facilitation skills
• Good knowledge of insurance practices, operations and processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good knowledge of the Life insurance industry with knowledge in Life Health and ILPs products..
