• Lead and manage finance transformation
• Solid financial background and experience in driving and executing transformation projects

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Design and implement a comprehensive finance transformation strategy aligned with organizational objectives to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Process Optimization: Streamline financial operations by identifying and introducing process improvements to enhance accuracy and reduce cycle times.
• Process Enhancement: Utilize financial technologies, such as RPA, to optimize finance processes and reporting capabilities.
• Change Management: Manage organizational change related to finance transformation efforts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and fostering seamless integration.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to align finance transformation initiatives with broader business strategies, promoting synergy and cohesion.
• Data Analysis: Leverage data insights to guide decision-making and identify opportunities to enhance finance operations.
• Performance Management: Define and monitor KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of finance transformation efforts.
• Project Management: Contribute to the Working Committee for the implementation of the new Dealers Management System (DMS) across all entities and brands.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake additional projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy or Finance, with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Possess CPA/CA/ACCA certificate is good to have
• Possess good project management skills and attention to details
• Successfully leading the whole finance transformation projects
• Good knowledge in financial processes, systems and technologies
Good analytical, maturity, communication, independent, and collaboration
