Our client is a reputable Business Managed Services provider in Singapore with a proven track record of providing excellent service to their esteemed clients across public, private, and people sectors. Offering a wide range of services, from finance and payroll to HR and customer care, they specialise in helping businesses transform and streamline their operations. They are seeking an Accounts Supervisor to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Location: Alexandra (Office shifting to Bukit Gombak in Jan 2025)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Managing, training, and evaluating accounts payable staff members.
- In charge of data validation, and processing of invoices to vendors and employee reimbursements.
- Maintain accurate and complete financial and client records.
- Compile, analyze, and report financial information to management and clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with staff, clients and vendors.
- Ensures that systems, policies, controls and procedures adhere to company policies while functioning with accuracy and timeliness.
- Standardize procedures to generate efficiency in-house and create internal templates to be used by the company.
- Min. Diploma in Accountancy / Accounting / Banking & Finance, Business Management or related fields
- Min. 1-2 years’ experience in a Supervisory role
- Knowledge and prior experience of SAP would be an added advantage
