Accounts & Admin Assistant

Role & Responsibility:
- Perform daily accounting and finance duties, including receivables and payables processing, general ledger maintenance and bank and intercompany transactions reconciliation.
- Manage day-to-day function of accounts activities.
- Support audit and tax filings, handle and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, and tax filings (e.g., GST).
- To perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the Management.
- Minimum ITE or Diploma holder in any related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Proficient in MS Office
- A positive attitude, with an ability to work under minimal supervision
- Location : Nearby Marymount MRT(CC16)
- 5 days work week, 8.30am - 6pm
- Work life balance and good working stable environment
