About Us: We are a high-end cafe and hospitality business, dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences and hospitality services.
Job Summary: We're seeking a talented and creative individual to join our restaurant team as a Marketing Assistant. As a Saudi national, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting our cafe through engaging visual content, social media management, and influencer collaborations. Key Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photos and videos of our dishes, ambiance, and special events using mobile or professional cameras.
Create visually appealing content for Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
Edit and enhance content to maintain a consistent brand image.
Manage our restaurant's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Monitor comments, messages, and reviews, responding promptly and professionally.
Leverage your existing network of social media influencers to promote our restaurant.
Identify and build relationships with local influencers who align with our brand values.
Coordinate influencer visits, tastings, and collaborations.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and special events.
Create eye-catching graphics, videos, and teaser content for upcoming events.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Attend food-related events, food festivals, and networking opportunities.
Represent our restaurant positively within the local community.
Collaborate with neighboring businesses and organizations for cross-promotions.

Qualifications:

Someone with passion for food, photography, and social media.
Background in mobile or professional camera photography and videography.
Proficiency in social media platforms (especially Instagram, Tik Tok, and Snapchat).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
Existing connections with local influencers is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ﷼6,500.00 per month
