Description
You as an Operation Office Administration will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. A Specialist requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.

Your responsibilities

• POR and PO creation for non-production related services (legal trainings, office material) for complete Operations.
• Support in SAP Ariba for production related services (e.g. from Industrial engineering).
• 3rd party services coordination not covered by SCM (Nitrogen, SF6, waste management, Uniforms &Safety shoes…).
• ADP support for all supervisors (10 supervisors).
• Shopfloor Visualization management support for production (currently covered by foreman’s and supervisors).

Your background

• A bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Looking for active learner and reliable.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
