Responsibilities

• Oversee financial planning and analysis processes to ensure fiscal health and sustainability.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports including budgets, forecasts and financial statements.
• Collaborate with various departments to assess financial needs and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure compliance with local and regional financial regulations and standards.
• Manage cash flow and prepare financial projections to guide strategic decision-making.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to financial systems and processes to increase efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential financial risks.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance for the MENA region.
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
