Infinite sports are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Executive - Saudi National to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
Infinite Sports is home to top UAE home-grown sports academies including IJF Academy, It’s Just Cricket, Absolute Gymnastics & Absolute Swimming. Infinite Active provides affordable before and after-school care for working parents. Active is currently within 2 schools and catering for 90 children a day with the view to offering this service to further schools. The program currently offers a variety of activities such as physical literacy, creative thinking, and arts & crafts.
Infinite Camps is our holiday program which currently operates within 7 venues and caters for 150 children (agedbetween 4 and 11) a day during the school holidays. The Camps program offers a variety of activities based around multi-sports as well as arts & crafts.
Job Overview
The Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
Analyse financial data, trends, and key performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess potential impacts on financial performance.
2. Financial Reporting and Control:
Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP standards.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
8. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
3. Cash Flow Management:
Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize liquidity and support ongoing business operations.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collection and payment of invoices.
Develop cash flow forecasts to anticipate short-term and long-term funding needs.
4. Strategic Financial Management:
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions to support strategic decision-making.
Assess the financial viability of new business initiatives and provide financial analysis to support investment decisions.
5. Financial Compliance and Audit:
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and regulatory compliance reviews.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns and compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Operations, and Human Resources, to support business objectives and financial goals.
Provide financial guidance and support to department heads to optimize resource allocation and drive profitability.
7. Reporting: Finance executive isresponsible to report to Finance Head– Infinite Sports LLC - Dubai
Key Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
· 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles,
· Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
· Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
