Key Accountabilities
  • Manage and oversee accounting processes and financial systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Handle financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve accounting processes.
  • Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialization in Accounting.
  • Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting.
  • Proven expertise in real estate development and construction sectors.
  • Strong command of accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
