• Designing templates for documents, file types and document databases and creating operating procedures for documentation management within the project/organization;
• Establishing and facilitating the access approval and control to the project documentation structure;
• Editing and checking documents for accuracy and compliance with the formal requirements and required standards regarding the metadata, templates and documents configuration;
• Ensuring compliance with the Quality Management Systems;
• Handling and controlling the incoming and outgoing flow of documents ensuring also the security, accessibility, timely and proper internal and external distribution of project related documents;
• Filing and archiving relevant documentation;
• Updating and maintaining document management systems and correspondence records;
• Creating and updating the Document Management Plan;
• Assisting employees in accessing documents through project and/or company document management system;
• Reviewing and updating document management plans, procedures and processes and revising other plans and procedures within the project lifecycle;
• Reporting inconsistencies or anomalies regarding the process or the content of the documentation;
• Perform multiple drafting tasks (e.g. writing, proofing, formatting) for technical and non-technical documents;
• Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information and documents;
• Maintaining a list of applicable documents;
• Selecting digital content management and document management tools.

• Bachelor’s degree
• High proficiency in Romanian and English business language (commercial and technical vocabulary is an asset)
• 2+ years of related experience (in project management will be an asset)
• Advanced knowledge of working with PC - Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point, Outlook)

• Highly organized
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with document management procedures, systems and standards
• Fluency in other languages will be an asset
