What you’ll do

• Manage C-Level relationships with Mobile Network Operators and other Wireless Network and Telecommunications companies, investing in long term partnerships.
• Build relationships with key government stakeholders, understanding procurement processes, and leveraging public-private partnerships.
• Identify and develop relationships with new and existing operators and enterprise clients to grow the strategic business plan.
• Create and execute the commercial strategy and marketing plan.
• Support the definition of new product development upon client needs to create a sales funnel for new clients.
• Manage the existing framework contracts and lead their modification to adapt it to the needs of the new environment.
• Contribute to cross functional projects launched with Top Co and with other Vantage Towers countries.
• Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements in telecommunications and real estate, and how these can be leveraged for business growth.

Who you are

• Minimum 6 years of extensive experience in managing complex and commercial accounts as a Senior Account Manager with C-level interaction, preferably in real estate and/or technical organizations.
• Broad knowledge of telecommunication networks and infrastructure, along with proven track record of strategic sales cases and addressing of C-level executives.
• Experience in new account management and business development, preferably in the enterprise telecommunications sector.
• Proven track record of managing major accounts.
• End2end Contract management.
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting; good financial acumen.
• Process Improvements knowledge.

• Relevant Networking in Telecom, Io T & Smart City Industry or Real Estate.
• Excellent leadership, and strategic thinking skills, as well as the ability to drive revenue growth and meet business goals.
• The ability to identify, influence and develop new customer needs and translate business development into sales execution.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross functionally with very good stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate with the Group Commercial team in English only (speaking and writing).
• University degree. MBA would be considered a plus.
