Introduction:
As a Brand Loyalty Manager, you will play a crucial role in the seamless management of incentive programs across Toluna’s panels. This autonomous position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from order placement and invoice management to performance data analysis, ensuring the efficient functioning of the incentive catalogue. Without your expertise, the implementation and success of these programs could be compromised, impacting overall efficiency and participant engagement.
Responsibilities:

• Generate reports and maintain ongoing tracking of redemption rates, ROI, volumes, etc.
• Stand as business owner for performance of incentive experience. Maintain performance database.
• Manage the end-to-end process of incentive redemption, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Take charge of placing orders and overseeing the procurement process to guarantee a smooth workflow.
• Keep the rewards database updated, ensuring accuracy and relevance for program participants.
• Handle claims efficiently, addressing issues promptly and providing resolutions to maintain participant satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to generate valuable insights that enhance the quality of our products and services.
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality concerns within existing databases to uphold accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare and maintain documentation outlining the processes you create, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Collaborate with the manager in analyzing departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to reporting activities.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experienced user with Excel expertise, with a foundation in data analysis.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in handling electronic voucher systems for Toluna & Adhoc panels.
• Proven experience in program coordination, procurement, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with incentive programs, electronic voucher systems, and loyalty programs helpful but not required.
