• Troubleshooting ESX issues related to storage, network and performance issues
• Manage DELL EMC Storage
• ITIL, ITSM Tools, Ticketing Systems HPSM, Manage Engin SD, OP Manager, End Point Central, Services Incident, Request, Change Management, SLA
• Manage, Azure Infrastructure, IAAS, PAAS, SAAS, Azure AD ,70 VM, Azure Networking, Azure Firewall, Azur Load Balancer, Azure Application GW, Azure WAF, VPN GW, Storage, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Migrate, Route Tabel, network Watcher, MFA, IAM, RBAC, SSO, Entra ID, Intune
