Urgent Hiring for Technical Team Leader.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Master's degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
Other Required Qualifications:
Relevant technical certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc.) are a plus. Experience leading Agile development teams.
Area of Expertise:
7-10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
Deep understanding of server-side and client-side architecture patterns and best practices.
Required Technical Skills:
Proficient in modern web development frameworks and languages (e.g. React, Angular, Node.js, PHP, Python). Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and deployment strategies.
Familiarity with test-driven development and continuous integration/deployment.
Other Necessary Skills:
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide the technical team. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with project managers and stakeholders. Ability to align technical solutions with business requirements.
Commitment to fostering a culture of code quality and best practices.
Minimum Years of Experience:
7-10 years of proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer in the e-commerce or digital products domain
