We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will facilitate the development of children's daily life skills, helping them grow, learn, and play.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address individual needs.
• Provide speech and language therapy to individuals across various age groups.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Stay abreast of advancements in speech and language pathology and incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on speech and language disorders and therapeutic techniques.
• Participate in team meetings, conferences, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Therapy.
• Valid License or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Dedication to ongoing professional development.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in speech and language pathology (new graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Experience working with diverse populations, including pediatrics and adults.
