Hiring OT Cybersecurity Engineer
Project: Doha
Salary Range:- QAR 8800(Full package)
Contract duration : 6 to 12 months
Working Hrs:- 10
Responsibilities:
· Assist in delivering and implementing cybersecurity solutions.
· Conduct site visits, provide training, and consult on cybersecurity matters.
· Ensure cybersecurity infrastructure supports Siemens applications.
· Support bid reviews and select cost-effective solutions.
· Plan, execute, and deliver OT cybersecurity projects.
· Design, configure, and maintain cybersecurity controls.
· Perform installation, configuration, and testing (FAT/SAT).
· Prepare comprehensive system documentation.
· Analyze cybersecurity posture, identify risks, and recommend measures.
· Participate in risk and vulnerability assessments.
· Provide expert guidance on OT cybersecurity best practices.
· Collaborate with teams to integrate cybersecurity into projects.
· Stay updated on OT cybersecurity trends and threats.
Skills & Competencies:
· 3+ years in OT Industrial Control Systems and IT/OT security.
· Knowledge of Shell DEPs, Oil & Gas practices, and international standards.
· Experience with network firewalls, L2/L3 network implementation, and troubleshooting.
· Experience with network-based Intrusion Detection products.
· Implementing End-Point security and system backup solutions.
· Scripting skills (Python, Power Shell, Bash).
· Experience with vulnerability scanning and penetration testing tools.
· Configure and deploy Domain Controller and RADIUS Server settings.
· Experience with Vx Rail Clusters, SIEM solutions, and One-Way Data Diodes.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Electrical, Control, or Computer-related field.
· Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and techniques.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Relevant certifications (CCNA, Comp TIA Security+, CISSP, etc.) are mandatory; additional certifications are a plus.
