Key Responsibilities:

• Motor Winding: Wind stators and armatures for electric motors to meet specifications and performance standards.
• Inspection and Testing: Inspect and test motors to ensure proper functionality after winding. Use multimeters, megohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to check electrical continuity and insulation.
• Motor Repair: Diagnose and repair faults in electrical motors, including replacing damaged windings, bearings, and other components.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of winding equipment and machinery.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of motor repairs, winding specifications, and maintenance logs.
• Safety: Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines while handling electrical components and equipment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the maintenance team, engineers, and other technicians to ensure timely and efficient motor repairs and installations.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in motor winding, electrical motor repair, or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical motor components and systems.
• Familiarity with winding machines, insulation materials, and testing equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
