Responsible for control panel and production support during the daily plant operation and products packaging.
Handle the calibration routine monitoring of instrument accuracy and safety.
Do the maintenance on all control panels and Sensors, encoders, report for any leakages.
Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs for electrical, pneumatic, electronic as well as programmable logic control (PLC) systems.
Conduct instrumentation evaluation and troubleshooting for electrical, pneumatic, electronic as well as programmable logic control (PLC) systems.
Calibrates readings on instruments according to standards and adjusts phasing and aligns stages to ensure accuracy of recording and indicating function.
Records calibrations made, parts and components used, and inventory of parts on hand.
Prepares schematic drawings, sketches, and reports to reflect changes or alterations made in instruments, circuits, and systems
