Job Summary:
As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be the face of our vibrant beach club in Qatar, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in customer interaction and thrive in a lively, beachfront environment.
Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests with reservations and seating arrangements.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly.
• Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for guests.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• No hotel experience required; previous experience in nightclubs, beach clubs, or fine dining restaurants is ideal.
• Comfortable working outdoors at a beachside venue.
• Charismatic, energetic individuals with a unique style (tattoos and funky styles encouraged).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
