As an ELV Estimator is responsible to closely work with many other professionals including consultants, contractors, suppliers, OEMs, accountants and operations personnel to provide the most accurate and comprehensive financial estimation on every project proposal as needed by individual team basing on the contemplated budget analysis. Their duties often include will include key responsibilities such as:

• Analysing requirement documents, blueprints and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of the project
• Determining what factors of production will influence the cost of a service or product
• Preparing material estimates and cost estimates for the product or service
• Creating labour estimates for any project
• Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors, consultants, other departments and contractors
• Managing bids from vendors and contractors
• Using bid data to prepare detailed a cost analysis
• Presenting prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders
• Compiling and recording actual costs Prepare and make sure timely submission of project wise time sheet as per the prescribed standard of the Company.

Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
Should be degree in engineering, electronic/computer/electrical background with previous experiences in the same role and a proven knowledge in the operation and maintenance of the equipment especially on ELV equipment

• Must know how the principle of electrical and electronic.
• Must have the knowledge with Qatar Standard CCTV Regulations.
• Must have experiences on project execution on previous experiences.
• Must be able to understand drawings and knows how to read the units standard. Expert knowledge of applicable codes and regulations Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal and external contacts Vast Qatar network with suppliers/vendors related to ELV Systems Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to evaluate new approaches, systems and design solutions Detail oriented and strong analytical skills Extensive knowledge of standard engineering practices, techniques, and procedures Proficient in the use of computers for making engineering calculations.
