Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Building Wood Material Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling wood materials for construction or furniture purposes, a deep understanding of wood product applications, and excellent customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction, furniture, and related industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide detailed product knowledge to customers, including wood types, grades, and applications.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements to close deals effectively.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in building materials, wood products, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of wood types, grades, and their applications in construction and furniture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to travel locally to meet clients and attend industry events.
