Main responsibilities

- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients.
- Regular communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve client goals.
- Identifying and pursuing up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensuring timely renewal of contracts.
- Driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Providing training and support to clients as needed.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Higher education in Business, Marketing, Economics or other relevant areas to the role;
- At least 3 years of Professional experience as Sales Representative in the Technological Market area;
- Strong motivation for business development within the scope of Cloud technologies;
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills;
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics;
- A commitment to excellent customer service;
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
- Highly self-motivated, passionate with team management and leadership.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- We value other language knowledge like Spanish, French and/or Dutch (spoken and written).
