In your role as a Scrum Master you will be working in the Big Data Cluster, which is the enabler for data scientists and provides a huge collection of data and a data science workbench in one place. As a Scrum Master, you will support our teams based in Łódź, Frankfurt, and Sofia. Your role will involve fostering Agile methodologies, facilitating key processes, and ensuring smooth collaboration both within the team and across teams.
On a daily basis you will develop products based on database technology which are running in the On-Premise or Cloud. Your responsibilities will encompass the full Software Development Lifecycle including analysis, architecture, testing and also supporting during production issues during normal working hours.

• BI technology within the lake infrastructure
• Establish a stable, state-of-the-art technology base with on-prem and cloud solutions
• Set up data lake as single data and analytics hub and effectively ingest most important data sources
• Establish data quality and metadata management

What you will be doing?

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies — Lead Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Planning sessions, Retrospectives, and more.
• Accountability for results — Ensure the effectiveness of each ceremony and drive desired outcomes.
• Impediment removal and goal achievement — Coach the team in resolving obstacles and achieving sprint and project goals.
• Foster self-organization — Encourage and develop the team's ability to manage themselves and their processes.
• Backlog management support — Assist the Product Owner in creating, organizing, and prioritizing backlog items.
• Enhance communication — Ensure seamless communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Process optimization — Continuously improve Agile practices, team culture, and workflows.
• Manage dependencies and risks — Identify, address, and monitor potential dependencies and risks affecting the team.
• Knowledge sharing — Promote knowledge sharing within and beyond the team.
• Support delivery process — Help remove any obstacles that may impact delivery timelines.
