Main Responsibilities

Foster and model a culture of collaboration and accountability to ensure alignment with the strategic plan and related KPIs and milestones at all levels of the organisation.

Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational performance and ensure the achievement of targets.

Effectively communicate the strategic direction, providing guidance and motivating teams to achieve overarching strategic objectives.
-
Monitor and adjust strategies as necessary to meet programmatic and organisational objectives.
-
Develop, prepare, present and maintain project plans including staffing requirements, cost estimates, detailed budgets and work breakdown structures and schedules.

Select and manage project team. Manage such teams throughout the project lifecycle including planning, assigning, scheduling, monitoring and reviewing project activities, as well as evaluating individual performance upon project completion.

Lead and coordinate activities with other companies in the group in order to ensure collaboration to mutual benefit.

Work cross functionally with the other C-Suite leaders within the business.

Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
-
Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure stability and resilience.
-
Handle media inquiries and interviews.
-
Report with the board to convey company performance and implement board decisions in operations.

+5 years of relevant experience in Project Management, with a focus on complex and cross-organisational projects.
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in, Business Administration, Finance, Business Management or related field.

Excellent communication skills in Polish, with proficiency in English

Strong communication skills to effectively and independently communicate with diverse audiences and network collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.

Experience working with Boards of Directors, major donors, foundations, state and local officials and the media.

Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
-
Proven experience in strategic planning and development, especially in managing people and resources.

Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-
Exceptional leadership and global team management capabilities to deliver shared strategic objectives.
-
Risk management, including adherence to information security and business continuity.
-
Working experience with Bluechip and Public companies would be considered a benefit.

Proficient in Data Analysis and operational metrics.
-
Experience working with AGILE frameworks.

Experience working with BI systems.
