Company Overview:
We are a multinational company (our mother group is Chinese) with operations and manufacturing facility in Poland. We are seeking a talented and experienced Local HR Specialist to manage and streamline HR operations in our company and factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll processing for local employees, ensuring compliance with Polish labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and manage local employment contracts, including onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
- Provide support and guidance on employee dismissals, ensuring compliance with Polish labor law.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR issues, including queries on salary, benefits, contracts, and policies.
- Support the recruitment process from job posting, interviews, to onboarding new employees.
- Ensure HR practices align with the company culture, especially promoting Chinese cultural values.
- Handle HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and preparing necessary HR documents.
- Polish mother tongue (or bilingual).
- Professional knowledge of English language (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related tasks.
- Experience in preparing local employee employment contracts (onboarding, transfers, terminations).
- Experience with employee dismissals and understanding of the legal termination process.
- A good interest in Chinese culture and alignment with the company’s cultural values.
- Ability to work sometimes under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Polish labor laws and regulations.
- Work full time (Monday to Friday) in Lazy offices.
