We are looking for a Head of a dedicated unit of around 170 people in Denmark, 65 in India and 15 in Poland responsible for the implementation, development and operation of projects and applications used for clinical trials and pharmaceutical product approvals. We work closely together with our colleagues in the line of business. You will be part of an agile, inspiring and ambitious work environment, where teamwork is key.

Responsibilities:

• Contributing to a great working culture and engaging people development.
  
• Leading the tech group in Poland by coaching and developing people and their competencies is the main focus.
  
• Ensuring high engagement, set high-level directions and clearly communicate current and future priorities.
  
• Attracting, developing and retaining the best talent in Poland who is willing to be part of DDIT Development Tech.
  
• Taking care of recruitment, onboarding and continuous development and growth of the people who become part of this ambitious agenda.
  
• The team will be working in a hybrid model in terms of location, and we therefore expect that you can manage and motivate your team while working in a partially virtual setup. Some onsite presence at the hub in Warsaw and limited travel to Denmark is also part of the job.
  
• Join the DD&IT Development Tech and Validation leadership team. In this team you will be jointly responsible for the setting the strategy and overseeing execution of your part of the strategy.

Qualifications:

• An academic background in a relevant field e.g. Computer Science, Engineering or Business.
  
• 3+ years of leadership experience from a similar role.
  
• Experience in navigating in large organizations and working with distributed teams.
  
• Experience supporting a lean-agile transformation through personal advocacy, engagement, and leadership.
  
• Background within software development.
