Field Service Engineer Poland

Key responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 technical support
  • Push technical performance of systems
  • Reduce technical claim cost
  • Install, commission and repair filling and packaging machines and technical upgrades
  • Support customers (start up, operation, maintenance, etc.) of the filler lines
  • Carry out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults
  • Troubleshooting including root cause analysis; diagnose breakdown problems and analyze malfunctions
  • Document installation, inspections, an maintenance service work
  • Advise management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, customer requests and suggestions for improvements
  • Report customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for improvements
  • Comply with company health, safety and environmental policies

You bring these skills, experience & education
  • Fluent in Polish and good English skills
  • Manage software updates, troubleshooting of distributed automated systems and mechanical equipment
  • Installation and maintenance of process control systems (PLC, LMS, MES, Industrial PC, Microsoft Server, switches, network, etc.)
