Objective
· To objectively carry out the smooth internal flow of goods (from receiving and issuance of materials needed, packing of finished goods and up to product shipment and delivery).
Position in the Organization
· Reports to the Warehouse Supervisor of CAP
Main Duties
· Can be able to do at least 4 WH duties.
1. Receiver
-Receiving, checking and counting of materials delivered by suppliers and ensure that it is
in conformance with the materials specification as indicated in the Purchase Order.
-Allocates and controls incoming stocks in the warehouse, update the ERP system as
per type of materials
-Prepares month end inbound delivery report
-Checks delivery receipt and other incoming documents and responsible in endorsing it to
the in-charge departments.
2. Kitter (Materials)
-Issues materials needed by production and transfer materials from/to warehouse and
production lines
-Responsible for monitoring, recording and controls of raw materials stocks to be used in
Production
-Responsible in updating the ERP system
3. Consignment
- Responsible for monitoring, recording and control of raw materials stocks in consignment
area.
-Issues materials from consignment area to warehouse
4. Kitter (Chemicals/ Consumables)
-Issues chemicals/ consumables needed by production and transfer materials from/to warehouse and production lines
-Daily monitoring of chemicals, consumables, tools, parts, equipment, and supplies
always ensuring an acceptable level of stocks
5. Shipper:
-Ensure that packing/wrapping of boxes and pallets for shipment are in accordance with the shipping preparation Work Instructions.
-Ensure that every day updated shipping list will be received from the IMPEX Officer & FG
parts are available and if not the Production Supervisors should be informed.
-Palletize IC shipment according to the Packaging Strategy provided by the Planner
-Listing down accurately all required the pallet content on the Pallet Distribution List. Once
completed the Pallet Distribution List, double check what is written on it against the actual
pallet content and affix stamp near the box label to indicate checking.
-When the correctness of the pallet content is assured, subject the pallet to counter
checker (Planner) for 100% checking.
-Ensuring that IPPC marking is present and readable on the pallet and if not inform
immediate supervisor immediately.
-Assure that pallet stacking height is in accordance with the shipping preparation Work
Instructions
· Make sure that FIFO system is consistently in practice and considered.
· Follow the operations strategy according to the long-term company objectives.
· Reaching the goals set out in the company plan and budget.
· Escalates to supervisor for abnormalities/ issues encountered in assigned area.
· Monitors assigned PS under his/her lead.
Background
· Graduate of 2-years Technical Vocational course with at least 1 year experience in manufacturing industry
· High school graduate with at least 3 years related experience in manufacturing set-up.
· Basic knowledge in PEZA and Customs documentation
Skills
· Computer literate : MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams)
· Good command of English language both oral and written
· Material Handling skills
· Able to perform physical tasks such as but not limited to packing and lifting of finished goods.
· Certified forklift operator
Can operate SAP transactions
