Responsibilities

• As a User Profiling Specialist, you will be updating and creating Segregation of Duties rules and policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations;
• You will be conducting user-level and role-level So D analysis using SAP GRC tools, identifying potential conflicts or risks in access permissions;
• You will be presenting So D analysis results to stakeholders, clearly communicating findings and recommendations to support decision-making;
• You will be performing usage-level analysis of transactions, identifying patterns and potential risks related to user activities;
• You will be conducting system analyses to evaluate compliance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to align with best practices;
• You will be creating comprehensive reports detailing findings, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations to address identified issues;
• You will be analyzing current roles within the system and proposing changes to enhance compliance and operational efficiency;
• You will be providing support for ongoing So D projects and initiatives, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals.

Requirement

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a User Profiling Specialist in SAP, showcasing a deep understanding of user access management and compliance;
• Work in a hybrid set up (3 day onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 day WFH) – Necessary condition;
• Proven experience with SAP GRC, particularly in So D analysis and management, enabling you to handle access control risks effectively;
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract meaningful insights to guide decision-making;
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders of varying technical expertise;
• Experience in creating reports and presentations, demonstrating your ability to document findings and communicate them effectively;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment, engaging with colleagues from multiple nationalities to achieve common goals.
