General Function:
The Senior Data Specialist ensures the integrity, quality, and availability of customer data. This role supports the Regional Sales Analyst by conducting data analysis for ongoing and ad-hoc projects, focusing on improving data quality metrics and reporting processes. The specialist works cross-functionally to address data discrepancies and optimize the use of data for sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Regional Sales Analysts to review and improve data accuracy and reporting processes.
• Lead customer data cleansing efforts, ensuring timely completion and clear communication of actions taken.
• Analyze territory assignments and sales rep coverage to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Develop and implement SOPs for consistent data management practices.
• Support CRM platform usage and training for the sales team.
• Validate the completeness of key data sets and communicate critical findings.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, including accuracy, consistency, and integrity, in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or Business.

• 2+ years in a similar analytical role (i.e. business analysis, sales data analysis).

• Superior oral and written communication skills.

• Must have experience with CRM/ICM tools and SAP.

• Must have experience with BI tools such as Qlik, Tableau, Power BI.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
