As a Data Analyst, you will transform raw data into actionable insights to guide business decisions. You will manage the full lifecycle of data analysis, from requirement gathering to report creation, ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization. Key responsibilities include developing reports, monitoring performance metrics, implementing quality control measures, and identifying process improvements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions and maintain a corporate data repository. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company and industry standards while managing data management systems and continuous reporting
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering Mathematics, or related field
• 5+ years of data analysis experience, 3+ years in Life Insurance, Health Insurance, or Banking
• Expertise in Power BI, database management (Oracle, MS SQL Server), and query software
• Proficient in Agile, predictive modeling, NLP, text analysis, data modeling (ERWin, Visio)
• Experience with data mining, ETL tools, UNIX/Linux, and Hadoop/No SQL
• Strong data visualization, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of latest analytics trends and tools

Pay: Php60,000.00 per month
