- Serves as driver to the Operations Manager & Deputy Operations Manager.
- In-charge & responsible for Admin, Accounting and Purchasing transactions / documents ( Driver and Messenger)
- Serves as driver to shuttle employees to and fro (morning and afternoon)
- In-charge in accounting matters, banks, payroll, collection, encashment, payment, remittances and etc.
- Assists on admin transactions, sending/ pick-up documents as courier.
- Assist in payment for SSS/ Philhealth contributions / loans send billing/ pick-up check from clients.
- Assist on bank transactions like new payroll account, ATM/pin mailer and etc.
- Responsible to pick-up / purchase/liquidate daily newspaper for the company
- Assists and responsible pick-up spare parts and materials for PED and Marine Department
- Delivers urgent materials and spare parts to distant project sites.
- Perform other tasks that maybe assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
- At least high school graduate
- With driving experience or he should be a professional driver
- He must have at least knowledge on traffic rules and regulations
- Familiar with Metro Manila Routes
- With valid driver’s license
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
