Job Description:
As a service crew, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will vary depending on your specific stations, but all staff members are expected to maintain a high standard of service, teamwork, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
For Servers:

• Greet guests promptly.
• Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

For Counter Crew:

• Present menus and provide information about specials.
• Handle payment transactions and process bills.
• Place accurate meal orders and etc.

For Kitchen Staff:

• Prepare and cook meal items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Clean and organize workstations and kitchen equipment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Must be vaccinated with 1st and 2nd dose of vaccine
• At least high school graduate
• Can work full time and rotating shift
• Willing to start ASAP
