We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic Digital Marketing company based in Australia. This role involves managing comprehensive SEO strategies and activities across multiple client accounts under the guidance of an SEO Director and Manager. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our clients' online presence by implementing effective SEO practices, including keyword strategy, content optimization, and technical SEO adjustments. Responsibilities:

• Keyword Research and Strategy: Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify effective strategies and optimize content accordingly.
• On-Site Optimization: Implement on-page SEO techniques to improve content visibility and website structure for search engines.
• Content Development: Work closely with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and marketing strategies.
• Technical SEO Support: Provide technical support for SEO including site architecture enhancements, server-side optimizations, and ensuring website platforms are optimized for search engine crawlers.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly track, analyze, and report on website analytics, keyword rankings, and SEO effectiveness to adjust strategies as needed.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest search engine algorithm changes and SEO trends to adapt strategies and maintain competitive rankings.
• Collaboration: Liaise with developers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure SEO strategies are integrated and aligned with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Proven SEO Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a solid track record of successful SEO strategy and implementation across various industries.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Content Evaluation: Skilled in assessing and advising on content quality across different topics and markets.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script, and familiarity with CMS platforms like Word Press, Big Commerce, and Shopify.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities with a focus on precision in performance marketing and conversion tracking.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex SEO strategies and results clearly.

Desirable:

• Experience with server-side optimization and a deeper technical understanding of web infrastructure as it relates to SEO.

Software Proficiency:
Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and CMS platforms like Word Press, Big Commerce, and Shopify.

• Familiarity with SEO-related aspects of Adobe tools and web development environments.

Education:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, or related areas are highly advantageous.
