Senior Technician (HVAC)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technician ( HVAC )to join our team. This role involves the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment, with a particular focus on VRF and water-cooled systems. The ideal candidate will lead installation teams, ensure project completion, and provide high-quality service to our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, repair, and troubleshooting of various HVAC equipment.
- Coordinate effectively with the Project in Charge to update on project status and resolve any issues encountered during the project.
- Take responsibility for the installation and maintenance of VRF air conditioning systems and water cooler systems.
- Lead a team in the execution of installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
- Conduct cleaning, adjustment, and repair of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform basic electrical circuit work as needed for HVAC systems.
- Commission and decommission HVAC equipment as required.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repair requests.
- Report any issues encountered during projects to ensure successful completion.
- Comply with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
- Assist with other coordination tasks as directed by the Project In Charge.
- At least a high school graduate or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the service and repair of HVAC equipment.
- Proficient in the principles of VRF systems and water-cooled systems.
- Ability to assess and diagnose faults in air-conditioning systems and provide effective solutions.
- Experienced in handling general HVAC equipment and system failures.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
