Senior Management Accounting (UK)

Work Setup & Schedule:
- Hybrid (Mon-Fri, 10:00AM to 7:00PM)
- Manage and perform bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely records.
- Execute month-end close processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.
- Prepare monthly management accounts with detailed analysis, ensuring all financial data is accurately represented.
- Design, build, and maintain custom Power BI dashboards to deliver clear, insightful, and tailored financial reports to clients.
- Identify key financial metrics and optimize reporting layouts in Power BI to enhance data visualization and client engagement.
- Work closely with other team members to integrate Power BI dashboards into the broader financial reporting process.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and report requests to assist in decision-making processes.
- Assist in streamlining financial processes and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Qualifications: Qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in finance, with demonstrated skills in bookkeeping, month-end close, and management accounting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Power BI skills, with a portfolio of custom dashboards designed to support financial reporting.
- Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
- Project Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial operations or consulting environments.
- Familiarity with other financial analysis tools or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of automation tools to improve reporting workflows.
