Responsible for Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables. Braising and grilling meat and vegetables. Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption. Preventing cross-contamination.
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least 1-2 years vocational course or college level in any field.
2. With one (1) year experience working in food/beverage/restaurant service or equivalent, but not required.
3. Familiarize working in the kitchen or line cook.
4. Naturally friendly and can do multi-tasking.
5. Can work under pressure and willing to render overtime if needed.
6. Knowledgeable in proper hygiene and sanitation practices.
7. Willing to duty on October to December 2024
